Happy Birthday Judiann!
Judiann makes designer and custom aprons and accessories, hence the design for her birthday cake (a surprise).
The cake is callebaut white chocolate mud cake, filled with fresh home made passionfruit curd and layered with white chocolate ganache.

3 tier wedding cake in white with white satin ribbon finish
Top tier - hazelnut mudcake filled with home made hazelnut praline and layered with frangelico infused callebaut milk chocolate ganache.
Middle tier - faux foam layer to give the look of 3 tiers with only the need of 2 cakes
Bottom tier - callebaut dark chocolate mudcake layered and filled with callebaut dark chocolate ganache
