The cake is a design requested by the bride and is inspired by Rebecca Sutterby.
The top tier is a double vanilla bean buttercake layered with callebaut white chocolate ganache.
The second tier is a rich caramel mud cake layered with callebaut white chocolate ganache.
The third tier is a dark chocolate mud cake layered with callebaut dark chocolate ganache.
The bottom tier is a faux cake to give the cake a lovely four tier height.
